Healing and a paycheck were never supposed to be separate. Help us prove it.
Surviving to Thriving pairs trauma therapy with career coaching, in the same twelve weeks, on purpose — because neither one holds without the other. We're building the clinical and coaching team behind that idea, and looking for licensed therapists and career coaches willing to be part of it.
Your session is one piece of a whole path.
A trauma therapy session in isolation, or a career coaching session in isolation, both help. Stitched into one twelve-week arc that ends in a real job, they hold. Your work here doesn't stand alone — it's built into an outcome someone can actually reach.
Trauma-informed, by design
The program's structure — safety and routine first, skills second, supervised real work third — follows the pace trauma actually requires, not a generic curriculum.
A team, not a solo caseload
You're one part of a coordinated path — therapists, coaches, and our own team communicating around each participant, not working in separate silos.
Honest about what we don't know
Our founder built the program's structure and financial model. We need your clinical and coaching expertise to help shape the parts that require it — this is a real invitation to help build, not just deliver a fixed curriculum.
Whatever capacity you have to give.
Some providers give a few hours a month. Some help shape how the program itself is built. Both matter.
Provide trauma therapy sessions
Pro bono, sliding-scale, or contracted — for participants during the twelve-week program.
Provide career coaching sessions
Resume building, interview practice, and workplace confidence — the coaching that runs alongside therapy, not after it.
Help shape our curriculum
Bring your clinical or coaching expertise to how the program itself is designed, not just how it's delivered.
Join our referral network
For cases outside your scope or capacity — a two-way relationship that helps more survivors than either of us could alone.
Tell us about your practice. We’ll follow up with an NDA.
A short form, then a real conversation — not an automated screening. We'll reach out within 2 business days with an NDA and next steps.
We'll tell you exactly what we are.
Be Still Foundation is launching its first cohort on September 1 — three women from Arizona shelters, a complete program structure, and a firm ready to hire. We're building our clinical and coaching team now, ahead of that start date. An early conversation shapes what this program becomes, not just how it runs.
Bring your expertise to this cohort.
No commitment required to start — just a conversation about your capacity, your specialty, and where you'd fit best.
