Be Still FoundationHiring Partners

She’s trained. She’s ready. She needs one yes.

Surviving to Thriving graduates complete twelve weeks of trauma therapy, career coaching, and hands-on bookkeeping and accounting training — including real supervised client work. When you have an open role, consider a graduate the way you’d consider any qualified candidate: on her skills.

What she brings on day one

Trained, coached, and already doing the work.

This isn’t a certificate and a handshake. Every graduate has spent weeks nine through twelve doing real, supervised client work before she ever applies to a role.

Weeks 1–4

A steady foundation

Trauma therapy and routine come first — the stability that makes reliable, focused work possible later.

Weeks 5–8

Real technical training

Bookkeeping and accounting software training and professional certifications — the same tools your team already uses.

Weeks 9–12

Supervised client work

Not a simulation — actual client work, supervised, with practice recovering from a hard day built into the process.

After the program

Coaching that continues

Her career coaching from Be Still Foundation continues after she's hired — so she starts your role with a support system already in place.

Job-ready certifications

QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, and accounting credentials — the same qualifications you’d look for in any candidate.

A real work sample

Documented supervised client work you can review, not just a course transcript.

Coaching she keeps

Her Be Still Foundation coach stays with her after hire — a support system for her, at no cost or obligation to you.

How hiring works

You run your process. She applies like anyone.

Be Still Foundation prepares graduates — it doesn’t place them. When you have a role, a graduate applies to your company directly, and you evaluate her on her qualifications. Here’s the path from open role to first day.

1

Tell us about your open role

Share the position and what you’re looking for. If a graduate’s training fits, we’ll let her know the opportunity exists — the decision to apply is entirely hers.

2

She applies directly to you

The graduate submits her application to your company on her own. You receive her certifications, her work samples, and her references — everything you’d see from any candidate.

3

You evaluate her on the job

Interview and assess her the way you would anyone. You’re hiring for skills and fit; her personal history is hers to share or not, and never part of your evaluation.

4

If you hire her, it’s a standard role

A normal employment relationship — your offer, your terms, your team. And her Be Still Foundation coaching continues alongside it, supporting her through the first months at no cost to you.

What to expect from us

Clear about where our role ends.

What we do
  • Prepare graduates with real training, certifications, and supervised work
  • Let a graduate know when a fitting role exists, so she can choose to apply
  • Continue coaching the graduate after she’s hired — a benefit to her
  • Answer your general questions about the program
What we don’t do
  • Place, assign, or supply workers — graduates apply on their own
  • Sit inside your employment relationship or co-manage your hire
  • Share a graduate’s therapy, intake, or personal history with you
  • Tie hiring to any donation or sponsorship — the two are separate
Ways to partner

Whatever fits your hiring plans right now.

Hire a graduate

Tell us where you fit

One form, whichever path fits you.

A short form, then a real conversation — not an automated screening. We'll reach out within 2 business days.

Where we are today

We’ll tell you exactly where we are.

Be Still Foundation is launching its first cohort, beginning September 1. Be Still Analytics, our affiliated accounting firm, hires our first graduates directly. We’re building relationships with outside hiring partners now, ahead of future cohorts — so an early conversation puts you first in line when our next graduates are ready to apply.

One open role could change one woman’s life.

Tell us what you’re hiring for. If a graduate fits, she’ll apply — and you’ll gain a trained, coached, motivated team member.
