Your company already believes in second chances. Help fund one.
Be Still Foundation runs a twelve-week program that moves a survivor of domestic violence from crisis toward a real career — trauma therapy, coaching, and hands-on training. A corporate or foundation sponsorship funds that journey, with reporting your team can actually use.
A gift your team can see the end of.
Most causes ask for renewal every year because the need never resolves. This one is built to end for each woman it serves — she completes the program, she is hired, and within roughly six to twelve months her own work covers her cost. A sponsorship funds a specific, measurable outcome, not an ongoing subsidy.
A number you can report
One sponsorship funds one seat, one woman, one outcome. Easy to explain in a board deck or an ESG report — no abstraction required.
Built by someone who knows your world
Founded by a former Big 4 audit associate. The program’s structure, reporting, and financial discipline are built the way your finance team would build them.
A finite, honest commitment
Fund one-time, annually, or across multiple years. Because each seat resolves, you always know exactly what your money set in motion.
Every level comes with recognition, not just a receipt.

Does your employer match gifts?
Many companies match employee donations dollar-for-dollar, sometimes more. A personal gift plus a match can fund most or all of a seat on its own — worth checking with your HR team before you give.
Sponsoring and hiring are independent choices.
Some partners choose to support in both ways. We keep them entirely separate — because they are. One is a charitable gift to our mission. The other is a standard employment decision your company makes on its own terms.
Sponsor a seat
A tax-deductible contribution to Be Still Foundation that funds a survivor’s twelve-week program. This is philanthropy — it comes with recognition and reporting, and nothing is expected in return.
Consider hiring a graduate
Entirely separately, your company may choose to hire a program graduate through your own standard hiring process — evaluating her on her skills and certifications, like any candidate. Learn about hiring →
A sponsorship never obligates your company to hire anyone, and hiring a graduate is never a condition of, or a benefit purchased through, a sponsorship. The two are kept separate by design.
Built by someone who knows the numbers.
This program was designed by someone who spent a decade auditing how organizations actually work — and knew the missing piece for survivors was never willingness. It was a paycheck, and the support required to hold one.
Be Still Foundation provides the healing and the training. Your sponsorship is what makes a woman’s place in the program possible.
We’ll tell you exactly where we are.
Be Still Foundation is launching its first cohort, beginning September 1. We haven’t graduated a class yet, and we won’t claim outcomes we haven’t earned. What we have is a complete twelve-week program, three identified women from Arizona shelters waiting on a seat, and a measurement framework that tracks every participant from day one. An early sponsorship is what turns that readiness into a real start — and you’ll see precisely what it produced.
Tell us about your company. We’ll follow up directly.
A short form, then a real conversation — not an automated screening. We'll reach out within 2 business days.
Fund an outcome your board will remember.
One conversation is the easiest first step. We’ll walk you through the program, the reporting, and the seat your sponsorship would fill.
